Accommodation

Workshop attendees can book the hotel via the ICPR conference webpage, online or by fax or mail. A free shuttle service between the workshop venue (the University Center of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology) and three ICPR hotels in the Wanchai area will be provided on August 17-19: The shuttles will also take you back to these hotels in the evenings (at around 7:45 PM on August 17, and 5:30 PM on August 19). On August 18, the shuttles will take you to the banquet (also in the Wanchai area) and then after the banquet, a shuttle will take those staying on the campus back to HKUST.

Of course, workshop participants staying in the other hotels can also take the shuttles. For locations of these hotels, please check here.

Alternatively, there are a small number of on-campus accommodation available. The on-campus accommodation reservation form can be downloaded here as a PDF file (131 Kb). In order to make use of this offer, your reservation must be placed before June 30, 2006.

Check-in time for the on-campus accomodation is after 12.00 (noon). If you arrive after 10.30 PM, please call mr. Sam Leung at 92696610.
